West Promotions LLC dba Rad Rebellion (collectively, “West Promotions LLC Brands”, “Rad Rebellion Brands”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) Shipping Policy.

 

We typically use the following carriers for domestic shipping:

• USPS
• FedEx
• UPS

You can choose from various shipping services from carriers upon checkout. For any items that may offer free shipping, we will choose the method and carrier at the time of shipment of your order.

Shipping charges are calculated costs based upon package type, dimensions, weight, shipping outbound location, and shipping destination.

Shipping charges for pre-order items are estimated at the time the order is placed, and may not reflect the actual amount you will pay when the item is ready to ship. Package sizes and weights may not be accurate until the time of shipment. We may charge additional shipping costs if the actual costs are greater than the estimated charge that you payed at the time of order. We do our best to estimate these as close as possible, and additional shipping charges are definitely the exception and not the rule.

Any shipment times posted for delivery of your order are estimates and are in no way considered a guaranteed time for delivery. Deliveries can become delayed for various reasons, and once in the hands of the carrier, these times are out of our control. We will do our best to work with the carrier to help ensure your product is delivered, should you experience a delay.

Please be advised that shipment times may be extended during, without limitation, time of epidemic or other health crises, adverse weather and other disaster conditions. These extensions should be considered force majeure, unforeseeable and beyond our reasonable control. Again, we will always do our best to work with the carrier to help ensure your product is delivered, should you experience a delay.
