West Promotions LLC dba Rad Rebellion (collectively, “West Promotions LLC Brands”, “Rad Rebellion Brands”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) Return Policy.
We offer a 30 day return policy on many unopened and undamaged items.
Certain items may not be returnable. Items that are not returnable may include, but are not limited to, vinyl records and other music media items, DVD’s, Blue Ray discs, undergarments, any product that has been opened or removed from manufacturer packaging, items with the factory seal broken or evidence that the seal has been tampered with, mystery figures, mystery packages, trading cards, blind box type items, costumes, masks, costume and Halloween accessories, appliques, appliances, products used in the mouth such as vampire fangs, clothing that has been worn or used in any way, and any other products not listed here that are noted as not returnable in the item listing. All non-returnable items are considered final sale.
Deposits or payments paid for pre-order merchandise are strictly non-refundable, and failure to pay the remaining amount due for a pre-order will render your deposit and all additional payments made toward the balance to be equal to our liquidated damages and restocking costs due to Rad Rebellion.
Before returning any item, you must first email our customer service team at service@radrebellion.com and you must receive a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product(s). We are not responsible for any item you ship or return to us without first obtaining a return authorization number, and no refund will be issued for items returned without prior authorization. You may be asked to provide photographs and other information prior to return authorization being issued, so that we can handle any returns in the appropriate fashion.
Return shipping costs are strictly your responsibility, unless the product is damaged or defective. Please note items are not guaranteed to be in mint condition, and may have minor scratches, dents, and general handling and shelf wear. Items may also have variations in paint, and base materials such as plastics, metals, fabrics, and packaging. This is not considered to be damage or a defect unless an item is strictly offered as being collector’s grade packaging, or if the item is advertised on our site as being an item graded by a 3rd party grading service.
If you receive a damaged or defective item and wish to return or exchange it, then you must contact us at service@radrebellion.com and obtain a return authorization number and return instructions. (see above).
Refunds or replacement shipments will be issued once your return merchandise, including your pre-issued return authorization, are received, processed and inspected. Please allow time for this to happen.
All shipments returned to us due to you entering an incorrect or undeliverable address will be considered as being returned by you at your expense. We will deduct all return shipping costs from any refund or store credits issued.
Any shipment refused for delivery, abandoned or otherwise left and not picked up by you within a timely manner from the carrier, resulting in a return and return shipping costs, will be considered as being returned by you at your expense without authorization and a refund may not be issued. If a refund is provided, all return shipping costs and restocking fees will be subtracted from the refund.
We may, under certain circumstances, and at our sole discretion, assess a restocking fee on returned goods. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, returns sent without prior authorization, shipments refused for delivery, abandoned or otherwise left and not picked up by you, merchandise opened, damaged, defaced, or missing components.
